Getting Started with ChatHBR
Welcome to ChatHBR, your AI-powered management consulting assistant. This guide will help you set up your access and start using the service effectively.
Access Requirements
Before you can use ChatHBR, you'll need:
- A valid business email address
- Authorization through AWS Identity and Access Management (IAM)
- An internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge recommended)
Initial Setup
1. Request Access
- Register via the website; or
- Email your request for access to info@chathbr.com
- Include your:
- Full name
- Business email address
- Company name
- Role/position
2. AWS Account Setup
Once your request is approved:
- You'll receive an email from AWS with temporary credentials.
- Follow the link in the email to set up your AWS IAM account.
- Create a strong password following AWS requirements:
- Minimum 8 characters
- Include uppercase and lowercase letters
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character
3. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
- Set up MFA using:
- AWS Authenticator app (recommended)
- SMS authentication
- Hardware token
- Follow the AWS prompts to complete MFA setup.
Accessing ChatHBR
Login Process
- Visit https://a59a54uz.chat.qbusiness.us-east-1.on.aws/
- Enter your:
- Business email
- Password
- Complete MFA verification when prompted.
Using ChatHBR
Starting a Conversation
- Click "New Chat" to start a fresh conversation.
Document Sharing
- Upload relevant documents (up to 10MB per file).
- Supported formats: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX.
- ChatHBR can reference uploaded documents in its responses.
Export Options
- Export conversations as PDF or TXT.
- Include or exclude timestamps.
- Select specific portions of conversations.
- Add notes to exported files.
Privacy and Security
Data Protection
- All conversations are encrypted.
- Files are stored securely in AWS.
- Access logs are maintained for security.
- Regular security audits are conducted.
